Job description

1. Take lead role in driving the investor outreach effort, and serve as the primary point of contact within the investment community; coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conferences, road shows and annual investor events

2. Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy through an effective investor outreach strategy

3.   Effectively communicate the company’s operational and financial performances to the market with the objective to expand sell-side coverage and enhance shareholder profile by expanding our investor base with long term conviction in the company

4.  Play a key role in the preparation of external IR materials in order to optimize the IR messaging to the capital market

5.   Effectively leverage internal analysis (such as industry-related financial and market data, peer comparison, etc.) and translate into IR messaging materials that resonate with the capital market

Desired Skills and Experience

1.   Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, investment and related fields; CPA or CFA charterholder is a plus

2.   In-depth understanding of the Internet industry is preferred

3.   Over 5 years of professional experience in Equity sales, ECM, Equity research of a tier 1 / reputable investment bank, or in-house investor relations role in a listed company with exceptional track record in investor outreach

4. Strong personal network with a broad base of investors and sell-side analysts, including both in international (such as U.S. and Europe) and China markets

5.   Proven track record in developing and managing relationships with analysts and investors

6.   Strong public speaking and presentation skills

7.   Strong financial analytical skill and knowledge of financial modelling and overall equity market

8.   A self-starter and team playerwith strong dedication and enthusiasm; Being people-oriented with an outgoing personality is preferred

9.   Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin; Able to communicate and converse fluently in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
