Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with insurers for assessing and coordinating the development of new products for distributing at the Bank
- Assist in formulating and implementing the marketing plans in alignment with the sales strategy
- Coordinate with relevant internal parties and insurers on the arrangement of above-the-line and below-the line promotion campaigns
- Assist in program designing, development of marketing materials and monitoring of campaign effectiveness
- Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably major in marketing, business or finance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in bancassurance sector, with at least 2 years at supervisory level
- Intensive knowledge in insurance product and familiarize with bancassurance product cycle
- A team player with good presentation & communication skills, excellent project management & time management, problem solving and work independently
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
