Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities
- Perform web compliance checks on merchant web sites as per internal policy
- Identify risk, chargeback, fraud and compliance issues
- Communicate effectively with internal departments
- Conduct full enquiry on daily dispute cases
- Escalation & investigation for chargeback cases
Desired Skills and Experience
- Post Secondary or above, Major in Business is an advantage
- Good knowledge of credit card and merchant payment process is a plus
- Payment gateway operation / Fraud checking experience is a plus
- Experience in merchant payment processing field is an advantage
- Detail minded, able to work independently and under pressure
- A quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent PC skills including MS Excel
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Credit Risk Assistant
