Duties and responsibilities:

• Handle the operation of the payments transaction, inward and outward remittance
• Communicate with merchants and internal departments for smooth settlement process 
• Prepare daily settlement report
• Assist in operational support on new programs, conduct UAT, and maintain / update the relevant account information in the system
• Assist in merchant on-boarding and servicing
• Prepare the report data for management’s perusal
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments as required 
• On call based on operational needs

 Requirements and qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree holder in appropriate field of study
• 1 year of relevant experience in payment operation or card settlement processing
• Fresh graduates with excellent Excel knowledge and skills are also welcome to apply
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Advanced techniques for analyzing and manipulating data in Excel
• Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills 
• Team player that flourishes in a positive environment
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available is an advantage 
• Understanding of payments industry is a plus.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese. Understanding of Japanese or Korean is a plus.
