Our client is a financial services group with many subsidiaries and services around financial planning and advisory, insurance and securities brokerage, FinTech, amongst others.  Due to massive business expansion and strategic innovation initiatives, the company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Management to join their team.

As a Senior Manager, Data Management, you will be responsible for the following:-

• Deliver consistent, timely, and high quality static data within the business
• Anticipate future business intelligence, management information, and data management needs
• Establish and implement data model standard procedures for each process
• Rationalize and streamline the company’s static data infrastructure
• Make recommendations regarding appropriate data sources, business rules, and delivery mechanisms to meet business requirements
• Maintain data accuracy visa establishment and management of quality control procedures
• Provide leadership and subject matter expertise on data management process design

To be considered for the Senior Manager, Data Management role, you possess the following:-

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Management, IT, Statistics, or related fields
• At least 5 years of data management experience with at least 3 years of supervisory or team management experience
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, and managerial skills
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese
