Responsibilities

• A significant portion of the position is expected to be night shift/late shift (16:00-24:00) and provide back up to relevant team members when required.
• Provide SPOT FX, FX Forward and FX Swap quotation and execute FX trading orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure deal execution with both internal desks and external inter-bank counter parties follow the Bank’s internal procedures and are compliant with regulations
• Able to take remedial measures to minimize operational risk
• Facilitate daily dealing administrations and prepare related documents
• Monitor clients’ orders
• Handle daily reports for FX department
• Support system testing and UAT
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holders in Business, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum of 3-4 or more years of relevant work experience
• Stable, able to perform night/late shift and responsibly in a dynamic environment
• Creative with strong analytical skill and sensitive to figures
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters
• Good command in spoken & written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Willing to work night shift and Hong Kong public holiday
