Job Highlights

We are looking for a passionate and professional Relationship Manager with 3-5 years SME / Commercial Banking experience to promote FundPark’s products to the cross-border e- commerce especially for those merchants on Amazon, Tmall, JD and VIP.com. As a customer-centric platform, receiving customers’ feedback and turning them into product features so as to keep the products’ marketability will be one of your key responsibilities. As first line of defense, you will be helping FundPark in managing the credit risk of the customers all along from customer onboarding and on-going monitoring.

• To solicit business opportunities and maximize profits to the company through prospecting new clients, cross selling, and cultivation of existing portfolio
• To provide quality services to clients
• To assess the credit risks associated to the client’s industry, financials and operation and closely monitor account performance
• To assist in KYC on boarding process and customer due diligence
• To perform ad-hoc tasks as required

• Degree holder in business, finance or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with foundational credit and relationship management background and good knowledge of trade finance.
• Good communications, analytical and quantitative skills
• Good sense of ownership and client servicing mindset
• Good team spirit and ability to work independently
• Highly motivated and eager to accept new challenges
• Good command of both written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
