Responsibilities

• Perform customer due diligence, assess counterparty risks and closely monitor their change
• Handle debt collection and ensure problematic customers can be quickly identified & addressed
• Perform credit check and resolve credit block with sales teams and customers
• Handle day-to-day cash receipts and posting
• Take care of trade finance including bill operations, factoring, and invoice financing
• Operate credit insurance policies
• Prepare the cash flow forecast, variance analysis, and debtor aging analysis for financing reporting & control

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above
• Self-motivated, meticulous, can work under pressure
• With good communication skill and interpersonal skill
• Able to work independently and with good team spirit
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Strong number sense, getting accounting knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office is advantageous
• 3 years of work experience preferred; applicant with lesser experience will also be considered for post of Assistant Credit Officer.
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
