They are looking for Executive Director/ Director to lead its Night Shift Operations team and perform trading and clearing functions during after-hours trading (US market).

Description

Reporting to the Head of Trading, you are responsible for leading a night shift team and perform trading and risk management functions during after-hours trading (US markets). In addition you are responsible for:

• leading a team of 10 and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• manage day to day operations of the night shift operations
• keep abreast of the latest trends on regulatory development
• develop all regulations and policies for derivatives trading
• provide clearing, operations, settlements, custody and margin calculations
• perform market surveillance and monitoring

Profile

• University Degree
• Solid product knowledge of derivatives and market practices
• Good understanding of derivatives regulations
• Willing to take on a night shift role
• Speak English and Cantonese
