Key Responsibilities

• lCover various types of Corporate Actions events in Asia markets (mainly HK market)

  lExecute Corporate Actions events in a timely and efficient manner, including notification to clients

  lFollow up clients’ instructions and enquiries on voluntary Corporate Actions event

  lMaintain and develop close interaction with clients

  lHandle settlement instructions

 Requirements 

• l   University Degree or above in Finance, Economics or a business related discipline

  l   1-3 years relevant working experience with hands-on experience dealing in Corporate Actions

  l   Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

  l   Willing to learn, detail-minded, independent with good initiative

  l   Efficient, organized and able to work under pressure

  lGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin; knowledge of Simplified Chinese a plus

  Fresh Graduate will high potential will also be considered
