Responsibilities:

• Responsible for HKMA and SFC's regulated activities related compliance review, advisory and checking
• Responsible for filing documents with Companies Registry (and liaise with the company secretary)
• Responsible for communication with HKMA, including regulatory reporting and day-to-day communications.
• Participate in new projects & product/services development, provide compliance advice to new product and service, review related policies, sales and marketing materials, etc.
• Assist in all regulatory communications including product approval/filing, regulatory examinations, and reporting generally
• Help administer all related governance meetings or committee preparatory and reporting works
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance and Accounting or other related discipline
• Min. 3 years relevant work experience in banking or other financial institutions
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements such as Banking Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance,etc.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Responsible, detail oriented, well-organized, independent with strong communication skills
• Candidate with more experienced will be considered as AVP
• Immediate available preferred
