Job Description
Responsibilities
- To be a team member of Corporate Risk and Compliance Department
- To conduct AML transactions monitoring
- To provide advice to frontline staff on AML/CFT and compliance requirements
- To prepare, review and enhance business workflows and procedure manuals
- To prepare control and MIS reports
- To handle internal compliance reviews and audits
- To perform other duties under risk and compliance functions of the Department as assigned
Requirements
- University degree, preferably major in business, finance, risk management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ experience in banking/finance sector, with strong knowledge on AML compliance
- Strong knowledge of the Bank’s lending policies and standards is preferable
- Self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office application including Word and Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
