Responsibilities

• Assist in expanding channels and optimizing online marketing campaign effectiveness by driving actionable insights from the analysis 
• Work closely across internal stakeholders of different departments and external stakeholders like agencies, to devise and redesign a mobile-friendly website.
• Revamp website structure to improve customer experience and satisfaction
• Handle SEM campaign with continuous enhancement and optimization to decrease cost per acquisition  
• Arrange display advertisement and execute a/b testing
• Identified relevant keywords and developed content to optimize SEO performance, hit and exceeded KPI 
• Use Facebook page to get new leads, and update posts monthly to increase brand presence online and increase the monthly conversion

Requirements

• Degree holder with min. 4 years’ of relevant experiences in digital marketing gained in Telco, Banking and Finance on B2C and CRM domains
• Good command of English and Chinese
