Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Compliance team;
- Conduct KYC checking on customers and liaise with Group Compliance on account opening matters;
- Responsible for data maintenance and clients' record keeping;
- Prepare internal documentation for account opening process;
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
Your Profile:
- Secondary education or higher;
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Responsible and able to work independently;
- Immediate available or short notice would be a plus.
