Job Descriptions:

• Review and draft legal documents and agreements 
• Conduct legal research for Projects
• Provide full spectrum legal support to Head of Legal and Compliance 
• Work closely with teammates for supporting business operations
• Handle the regulatory compliance activities for the company
• Review, update and enhance the compliance frameworks on the Company's various business activities and initiatives, including compliance audit checking
• Handle information requests from regulatory bodies and auditors
• Maintain the proper filing system of legal documents

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Law 
• Strong sense of integrity
• With more than 3 years of paralegal experience preferably gained from financial industry
• Independent, self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
