Job Description

Job Summary:

This role will be responsible to provide leadership support for the Workforce Planning & Analysis team to develop, maintain and monitor the frontline labor strategies and plans for Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) to ensure the operations run smoothly with optimal labor to achieve strategic and business objectives of HKDL.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and enhancing labor financial planning models, reports, processes and systems to facilitate strategic and operational decisions on labor requirements for HKDL frontline operations
  • Involve in labor strategies formulation and support implementation through change management
  • Provide consolidated long term to short term labor plans, forecast and month-end closing, as well as analysis with the integration of labor rate mix and employee benefits factors
  • Manage, coach and provide development opportunities for Workforce Planning Analysts
  • Partner with Internal stakeholders to provide financial justifications on business initiatives
  • Partner with Cast Scheduling teams to governor the production of frontline schedules are corresponding to approved headcount / workload / financial plans
  • Partner with HRBP and Talent Acquisition team to execute the overall frontline just-in-time hiring plans 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree on a subject with strong analytical / quantitative emphasis, Finance/Accounting, Statistics, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Operation Management, Business Management or Business Administration is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in resources planning and analysis, including 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and data analytics/ visualization tools
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Strong expertise on workforce planning, scheduling and finance is required
  • Good understanding on macro-economic environment, labor markets and laws as well as competition is required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
