Job Description

  • Develop and deliver various training programs in response to training needs and staff development
  • Source and recommend external consultants to provide skill-based training on sales, supervisory management and quality services, etc.
  • Provide support and coordinate training projects
  • Degree holder or above in Business or related disciplines, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, experience in Retail Banking or Corporate Banking is a definite advantage
  • Sound knowledge of training needs analysis and program development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
