Our Risk and Compliance is currently looking for high caliber candidates to join

Responsibilities

• Manage operational risks by partnering with business owners in risk assessment and mitigation; work with business owners to perform Internal Control Self-Assessment; analyze and monitor Key Risk Indicators
• Provide support in Valuation Working Group related matters including agenda, minutes and analysis on suspended stock
• Prepare various reports to Audit Committee
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• University graduates, preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related discipline with minimum of 6 year’s working experience preferably in financial industry.  Candidates with less experience will be also considered
• Knowledge in SFC and MPFA regulatory requirements will be advantage
• Independent, effective problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel), Bloomberg Terminal and Portia
