•  Assist investment products (including Mutual Funds, Fixed Income and Structured Products) launching
•  Provide investment product advisory to salesperson
•  Conduct product due diligence, ensure workflow and operations are effective and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise between counterparties and internal departments for the Distribution Agreement and related KYC procedure to ensure products implement successfully
• Arrange investment seminar and product training to staff
• Establish a good relationship with different counterparties
• Assist post-trade monitoring
• Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned

• University degree or above in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 2 years work-related experience in product and/or project role or equivalent
• Knowledge of general economic conditions and their impact upon global corporate credit fundamental and technical market conditions
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Sound knowledge in brokerage, operational procedures and related investment products
• Mature, self-motivated and well-organized
• Fluency in Putonghua; proficiency in English an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
