Responsibilities

• Update the latest financial market trend, impact on the emergencies of the financial market and compose analytic data and information to existing customers;
• Develop and maintain long-term customer network through effective relationship management;
• Provide quality services to customers and answer customers’ enquiries via Instant Messenger Software;
• No cross sell and cold call are required;
• Shift duty is required with compensation (08:30 – 23:30, Mon – Fri including Public Holidays, Fixed Off on Weekends)

 Requirements

• Degree Holder in any disciplines;
• FRESH GRADS WELCOME; candidates with customer service mindset and experience for customers in Mainland China would be advantage;
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skill, strong commitment, can work independently and under pressure;
• Proficiency in MS Excel would be advantage;
• Skilled CHINESE Typing and Composition;
• Passion and be interesting in financial industry.
