Lauris Walton is partnering up with a Hong Kong-listed company to hire several Associate / Senior Associates for their growing IR team. This is an excellent opportunity for junior to middle-level candidate who’s looking to continue developing their investor relations experience in a stable industry with career progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Directly reports to Head of Investor Relations department
• Prepare drafts of the press release, investor presentation, script, Q&A, management reports and presentations for senior management internal meetings
• Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to identify industry updates and market insights
• Perform in-depth research and analysis on competitors and trends and monitor key events and news happenings in the market
• Participate in IR events e.g. public announcements of interim and annual reports, Roadshow, investor meetings, and Media activities e.g. publications on various media channels
• Handle enquiries from and liaise with internal and external parties, e.g. finance department, shareholders, investors, financial institutions etc.
• Assisted in ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management

Role requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Investor Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Experience working with senior management and institutional investors
• Well-presented, organized, self-motivated and able to handle high pressure and tight deadlines
