JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Deals with clients and Intermediaries in setting up private family trusts, foundations and pre-IPO trusts in Hong Kong and other offshore jurisdictions;
• Maintenance and administration of trusts structures, foundations and offshore companies and private client mandates;
• Independently drafting of trust deeds, letter of wishes and relevant documentation;
• Handle standard trust transactions, including trust set-up, asset injections, bank account opening, restructuring, declaring distributions, change of deed's jurisdiction and terminations;
• Handling list companies' reporting;
• Control and handling monthly billing

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in law, accounting, business related discipline or possess relevant professional qualifications such as TEP will be advantage;
• Student member or member of HKICS / ICSA is a MUST;
• 6-8 years of solid experience in handling trust administration;
• Company secretarial administration and trust account experience is desirable;
• Good knowledge of private trust related services;
• Mature with strong common sense; good interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player;
• Adhere to high standards of integrity and efficiency;
• Well-organized, strong analytical skills, logical and must have excellent attention to details;
• Be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is desirable;
• PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Viewpoint is a plus
