Your new company
Our client is a leading Fintech company based in Hong Kong, main business is to provide e-commerce sellers with high-quality financing services. They are now looking for a Sales Support Officer to discharge the administrative and clerical work for Sales Department.

Your new role

  • Prepare quotations and contracts, handling clients' inquiries and complaints through emails, WeChat, phone calls
  • Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect clients' needs and opinions, identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal parties including Risk Department, Technology Department, Finance Department etc., effectively provide solutions to facilitate the communication
  • Provide clerical and sales administrative support such as preparing sales reports

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in customer service, prior experience in Financial Services is a plus
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese including Putonghua
  • Handle complex client situations and resolve them to the satisfaction of client and company
  • Independent and can work under pressure
  • Enjoy discovery and taking on a diverse set of tasks and challenges
