Job Description
Assistant Compliance Support Officer (Job ID: 3193)
Responsibilities
- To be a team member of General Account Operations Department
- To handle enquiries from government departments and external parties
- To handle the PEP/Terrorist Warning Name Screening
- To handle the process of Common Reporting Standard (CRS), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Audit Confirmation
- To handle adhoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Form 5 or above, with 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in HKCEE/HKDSE including English, Chinese & Mathematics OR Relevant Professional Qualification
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of retail banking operations and good understanding of branch operations
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and responsible
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills and risk awareness
