Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries/complaints through phone
- Maintain good customer relationship
- Provide quality hotline service
- HKDSE/HKCEE/ HKAL Holder
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE) Paper 1, 2 and 3 OR Hong Kong Securities and Investment (HKSI) Paper 1, 7 and 8 is preferred but not a must
- Candidates with Phone banking/Telemarketing experience is an advantage
- Proficient in English & Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
