Job Description

• Act as a Responsible Officer Type 6, you will be responsible for Type 6 regulated activities. 
• Provide financial solutions to clients including IPO sponsorship and underwriting, secondary market fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, financial and corporate/restructuring advisory, and private equity financing. 
• Responsible for financial services / solutions from deal origination to execution

 Job Requirement

• Holder of SFC Responsible Officer Type 6
• Degree holder in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or the equivalent. 
• Experienced in IPO, M&A, corporate finance advisory and private equity financing
• CPA or CFA qualified will be an asset  
• Fluent in Putonghua and English
