About Our Client

Bank Street by Sloane Manhattan is pleased to be appointed to assist our strategic business partner in recruiting top-notch candidates for their key management positions.   Our client is one of the few all-rounded securities firms providing comprehensive professional corporate financing and capital markets services for Hong Kong, the PRC and overseas corporations.  The services that they provide include IPO sponsorship and underwriting, secondary market fund raising,  mergers and acquisitions, financial and corporate/restructuring advisory, and private equity financing.  Owing to their rapid growth and expansion, our client is urgently looking for the following candidates:

Job Description

• Assist the Head of Information Technology as Deputy Head to oversee IT operations including staff and infrastructure
• Develop, implement, and evaluate IT projects in line with organizational objectives
• Formulate strategic objectives and priorities for the function
• Liaise with other departments, determining and addressing their IT needs and requirements.
• Propose strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software
• Prepare financial budgets and performance reports
• Build strong relationship with key internal and external stakeholders

 Job Requirement

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 15 years of experience in Information Technology Management of which at least 5 years at top management level leading sizable teams
• Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments
• Good Project Management Skills from development stage to implementation
• Proven change agent in driving innovations and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
