Responsibilities

• Be the project owner and accountable for project related issues for office seating products.
• Carry out new product development (NPD) according to project master schedules.
• Be responsible for equipment setup and equipment maintenance.
• Provide technical and informative supports to sales & marketing teams in NPD and others.
• Coordinate, maintain discipline and good house-keeping with various departments from self-owned manufacturing base.
• Report to management on NPD project progress.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Product design/Industrial Engineering/Product Engineering or related subjects.
• At least 3 years working experience in China manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, EN12520/EN1335/EN1021/BIFMA/etc., is a definite advantage.
• Integrity, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented mind, work-hard and good team player.
