- 協助審核及更新制度及流程, 以反映最新法律法規要求.
- 協助開展合規審計
- 組織合規培訓
- 編制定期合規, 風險管理和內部控制報告
- 協助處理上級安排的其他工作
- 持有法律, 風險管理, 保險, 工商管理或相關學位
- 具有1-2年合規, 風險管理, 審計或內控工作經驗
- 熟悉人壽保險產品者優先
- 具備良好的中文寫作能力及普通話能力
- Assist in reviewing and updating policies and procedures in accordance with the latest laws & regulations
- Assist in implementing compliance audit
- Conduct compliance training
- Compile regular compliance, risk management and internal control reports
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Law, Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- 1-2 years of compliance, internal audit, risk management or internal control experience.
- Sound knowledge of life insurance products is an advantage.
- Good command of Chinese writing and Mandarin.
