Lauris Walton is partnering up with a Hong Kong-listed company with an expansion plan to seek for Senior Associate / Manager – Investor Relations. This person will play a key role in developing their Investor Relations function and work closely with top management on formulating IR strategies as well as strengthening IR operation.

Key responsibilities:

• Directly reports to senior management and manage a small team in Investor Relations Department
• Formulate Investor Relations strategy to develop and maintain investors’ relationships and ensure investors’ are up-to-date with business development and strategic planning
• Organize Investor Relations events e.g. Press conference, Investor Meeting, Roadshow, Investor Forum etc. and prepare investor presentation’s materials and reports
• Participate in the preparation of interim and annual reports
• Develop strong relationships with media, analysts, professional firms, shareholders and external stakeholders
• Regularly meet with senior management in internal departments to update and inline company strategy for business expansion
• Coach and lead Investor Relations team to strengthen internal control and process improvements
• Occasionally travel to China for business meetings and IR events

Role requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in related disciplines
•  Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Investor Relations with supervisory experience gained in a HK listed company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Experience working with senior management and institutional investors
• Well-presented, organized, self-motivated and able to handle high pressure and tight deadlines
