Job Description

-  Review the marketing campaigns and provide compliance advice to the marking team and management to deliver campaign goals and targets;

-  Review and provide compliance advice to the marketing team to develop the investment or financial management tutorial material to enhance the potential users’ trust;

-  Review and provide compliance advice to the marketing material across all channels (Facebook, IG,YouTube);

-  Act as the internal point of contact for the marketing, legal and compliance team, providing approvals and feedback;

-  Report to the Business Compliance Manager for all Social and Content activity;

-  Manage compliance matters and provide related advice to business units and associated parties;

-  Supervise or coach junior staff in the team to plan, execute and manage business compliance-related projects.

Requirements

-  Undergraduate Degree in Finance or related disciplines;

-  Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in brokerage firms or financial institutions (Compliance experience is a must, and marketing/social media experience is a plus);

-  Robust and solid understanding of the SFC Code of Conducts and relevant regulatory requirements;

-  Knowledge of securities and investment products and their operation is a plus;

-  Strong communication and analytical skills, as well as a high degree of professional maturity;

-  Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin.
