Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, AML Support, you will be responsible for providing professional support for AML works in AML Support team in accordance with the established polices and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct AML Transaction Monitoring in accordance with the established procedure guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries arising from AML works, such as force account close etc.
- Contact customers in relation to AML works, such as potential hits etc.
- Support AML Data Cleansing projects to ensure the result in a good quality
- Backup other team members
- Support section head and undertake the assigned roles and tasks from time to time
- HKDSE, Degree holder is preferred
- Minimum 1 year's working experience in customer services
- Knowledge on AML Compliance & Requirements is preferred
- Good communication and writing skills
- Independent and able to work under pressure arisen from workload & time constraints
