Responsibilities:

• Diploma holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines;
• At least 10 year working experience in Banking Trade Finance operations;
• Good Knowledge in SWIFT, UCP600, ISBP, TBML and other regulatory requirement is a must;
• Knowledge of hands-on experience in Loan Operations with exposure in financial institutions or bank is definitely an advantage;
• Detail-oriented, Responsible, hardworking and be able to work independently;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in computer software such as Lotus Note, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc;
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Supervise and Approve daily trade and loan transaction involving outflow of funds according to the laid down authority and guidelines.
• Assist Operation Head to manage the Section to execute all operational risk and control guidelines/procedures will full compliance.
• Assist Operation Head in implementation of ad-hoc duties and assignments
• Responsible for improvement to institute service enhancement and productivity improvement, and workflow streamlining to cope with customer;s needs.
• Provide professional advice to customers and business units. Provide coaching and support to subordinates on daily operations. Coordinate, manage, and participate in various projects including workflow enhancement and internal transformation etc.
• Reviews and updates trade and loan relative operation procedures/guidelines
• Maintain good communication with other divisions and answer inquiries about their daily operation
• Immediate available is definitely an advantage.
