Job Description

Job Purpose

Support the Team Leader to manage Inventory and Operation Control function including business projects and operation initiatives under Loan Document Operations in compliance with regulatory requirement with high quality and effective controls maintained

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate / Lead in different projects including development of new products, system enhancement under Loan Document Operations
  • Develop Robotic solution for system automation
  • Prepare the MIS reports and alerts for follow up
  • Provide reports to all concerned / senior management within the bank for information and effective decision making
  • Assist Team Leader to conduct due diligence processes, annual review and monitor the performance of title deeds outsourcing vendor
  • Assist Team Leader to build up and maintain a high quality team to provide high standard output with accuracy and efficiency
  • Enhance and streamline the workflow of daily operations under Loan Document Operations and provide smooth operational support to other departments
  • Provide suggestions to streamline the existing workflow
Requirements
  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of banking experience in loan operations / project management
  • Good knowledge in various loan / credit products and relevant daily operations
  • Thorough knowledge of banking policies and operation procedures
  • Good project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
