Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provides HR advisory to business units from the support functions
- Reporting to Team Head, HRBP
- Analyses human resource trends and provides value-adding solutions to operational problems.
- Works in partnership with the managers to enable the delivery of the business plan (E.g., recruitment, contract extensions & conversions)
- Works in partnership with the managers on the year-end appraisal & compensation process.
- Respond to ad-hoc queries on leave matters, HR policy guidelines, etc.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Conduct exit interview
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in business administration/management/HRM
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in the HR function
- Strong communications skills (written & verbal), tactfulness, integrity, and good interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a regional role is preferred.
- Good PC Skills (excel and PowerPoint) are preferred.
