Our client is a well-regarded bank. They are currently looking for Officer, Sales Support (KYC-focus) in Private Banking Department.

Job Description:

• Report to Team Head of Client Service Representative, Private Banking
• Assist RMs in account opening, periodic review and checking of transaction information
• Review and verify information received to substantiate clients' Source of Wealth (SoW)
• Perform maker role in account opening & maintenance, data input and AML systems for private banking clients
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements including KYC, CDD and AML
• Handle inquiries from clients, front-line staff and other internal parties

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above is preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in client services, account opening and KYC/CDD in private banking
• Sound knowledge of AML in private banking in Hong Kong
• Good PC and Chinese typing skills
• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
