Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source, initiate and follow up on new business opportunities proactively
  • Develop and expand institutional client base
  • Promote the company to potential institutional investors
  • Build strong client relationship and be the key contact person for potential clients
  • Lead new business meetings and close sales to institutional investors
  • Provide research services and advise clients on investment opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing team on product and sales materials to ensure they are up-to-date and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity
  • Be responsible for company merge and acquisition activities
  • Manage assigned sales pipeline and provide reporting to key internal partners on a regular basis
  • Possess solid track record in institutional sales & fund-raising experience
  • Act as the Investor Relations representative with existing clients. Provide regular updates to investors and handle enquires from investors

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business or Finance related preferred
  • Professional qualification of CFA an advantage
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently
  • At least 10 years’ institutional sales experience gained in sizable investment banks
  • Strong knowledge and experience in equity sales, placing and P.E. products
  • Possess a strong network and have good connections with institutional clients who are interested in innovative technologies
  • Good Team player with creative thinking
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) & English
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Institutional Investment Sales Director
