• Provide high quality overseas property consultation service to clients
• Give clear presentations and guide clients throughout the purchasing process
• Attend company marketing events and drive sales to potential buyers
• Provide professional after-sales service to maintain relationship and reputation
• Hitting sales targets
• Doing the presentation during the marketing events

• NO EAA License required
• High Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, Real Estate Management or Property related disciplines are preferred
• With overseas exchange study experiences is an advantage
• With at least 1 year of working experience in sales
• Fluent in spoken English and preferably good command of either Cantonese or Putonghua. Other foreign languages a definite advantage.
• Team player and have excellent inter-personal skills.
• Hands on PC skills such as Microsoft Office
