Responsibilities:

• Handling daily operation and order processing in system
• Collaborate with the Sales team for the logistic arrangement
• Provide clerical support to the team such as preparing settlement, checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Collaborate skills needed to liaise with various internal departments to ensure orders are handled properly
• Assist team members on general operations 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines
• 1 to 2 years relevant working experience Finance / Banking / Customer Service industries is an advantage
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
