Exciting New Role for You

You will act as SVP/VP in Hong Kong Corporate Banking Department to follow the financial needs from Non-Japanese Corporate Clients by collaborating with Group company which handles Japanese Real Estate Property. You will collaborate with RM team to devise and implement its business strategy. It is important for “Collaboration” with the team of real estate brokerage.  You also will promote and support RM team’s business activities and coordinate stakeholders including credit related solutions. You will explore develop new business areas especially product development, by doing market research from the banking industry and liaising with relevant parties within group entities to streamline the processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Business or related disciplines;
• Experience in Credit assessment in banking industry
• Experience in and/ or knowledge of Japanese Real Estate Market
• Experience in industries related to Real Estate (e.g. Real Estate Fund, Broker, etc.)
• Native/ equivalent level Japanese (written and spoken) and fluent in English
