Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service, ensure customer queries and other operational matters are communicated in timely manner
• Liaise with branches and /or other departments to seek for clarifications on customers’ queries
• Manage customers instructions and liaise with customers to confirm the trade transactions
• Perform administrative duties such as dealing with transactions documents with branches and operations team, follow up with customers to verify signatures instructions received within the prescribed timeline

·         Assist in other areas which may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent in related disciplines
• Great sense of ownership and service mindset   
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office, online banking systems
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Familiar with Mandarin is an advantage

• At least five years of customer service experience in commercial banking environment
• An experienced customer services professional with good knowledge of trade finance
