They are looking for a Senior Manager to join their team to promote CPT/CPD programs and to support licensing examinations and other qualification programs.

Description

This is an exciting P&L owner role where the Senior Manager will be taking an active lead in strategizing, planning and promoting the CPT/CPD courses and relevant professional qualification programs. You will be managing a small team and will need to perform quality review of the training materials and to work closely with speakers and subject experts to ensure high quality course content and assessment are developed and delivered. You will also be responsible for market research and regular reports for CPT/CPD curriculum planning.

Profile

The successful applicant must have strong financial services knowledge and experience, with a proven track record in areas such as compliance and regulatory, securities and futures etc. Candidates should have experience in overseeing training and development, reviewing quality assurance, managing CPT/CPD accreditation requirements, building and managing public training courses for professional associations. Candidates with SFC license or with frontline experience will be an advantage.
