Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

• Lead a team to formulate and implement effective strategies and plans for retail cross border customer segment to support business growth
• Design and drive of business plans and end-to-end customer journeys for cross border segment
• Monitor and evaluate the results of difference cross border programs, conduct regular review and analysis on sales performance in order to provide advise / suggestion for sales team to improve as well as to achieve the targets
• Drive marketing programs to build customer portfolio
• Work closely with product team
• Ensure all works are complied with internal and external policies and rules

Requirements:-

• Degree or above
• At least 8 years working experience in segment management / business strategy management in cross border retail banking business
• Sounds knowledge in cross-border customer's financial and investment needs
• Excellent marketing and project management skills
• Familiar in retail banking products
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office ( Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Chinese Word Processing)
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST)
