Scope of Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries from incoming call, outbound call and email on various products and services
• Responsible for clients’ account opening process, and mange a smooth client onboarding
• Perform account opening documents checking, including AML and CDD, for both new account and existing accounts
• Conduct ongoing checking and review on client’s AML status Update client information
• Provide administrative support to the team as assigned
• Report clients’ data regularly and provide the data support to business departments
• Provide high quality customer service in an efficient and professional manner

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of Operation work experience
• KYC work experience and PRC work experience background is preferred.
• License to carry on HKSFC Type 1 & 4 regulated activities is a plus.
• Excellent team management, time management and able to work under pressure.
• Good writing ability and logical thinking.
• Detail-minded, analytical and organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin is a must
• Overnight shift is required to support US Stock Trading hours
