Job Responsibilities

• Ensure suitable operational guidelines and controls are in place
• Oversee the implementation of operational solutions in response to regulatory and audit findings
• Maintain the operational framework that is consistent with the firm's global and regional strategy
• Proactively drive change and transformation initiatives to optimize and improve operational processes
• Responsible for certain business continuity issues related to the APAC regional offices

Job Requirements

• 15+ years of business operations and management experience within the financial services industry, with regional exposure
• Strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills, combined with an ability to integrate quickly into an established team and to deal with colleagues and external parties across a wide range of groups globally
• Must have a strong commercial mindset, understand the effect of operational changes on business outcome
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Fluency in English; Language skill in Mandarin would be a plus
• University degree
