Responsibilities

• Support business team’s effectiveness;
• 1-3 years working experience related to Securities and/or Fund Management industry;
• Experience to coordinate and initiate new project/task to improve the business effectiveness;
• Manage caseload throughout end to end process in timely manner;
• Take ownership with the co-ordination of departmental reports.

Requirements

• Degree holder of in any disciplines (candidates with HKALE / HKDSE background with prior business operation experience would also be considered);
• A good team player with the ability to deliver efficient working outcomes and overcome challenges even under pressure;
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to accept challenges;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese、and preferably Putonghua;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
