Programme Structure

Through this 18-month programme, you will undergo rotational training to equip yourself with necessary business knowledge, develop relevant soft skills and technical skills which accelerate your development within the Bank.  You will also be sponsored to participate in trainings organized internally and externally to enhance your profession in the industry.  A mentor will be assigned to you, provide necessary coaching to foster your personal growth.

Requirements

We are looking for high caliber individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Universities graduates in any disciplines with less than 2 years’ work experience
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English & Chinese.  Fluency in Putonghua is an added advantage
• Passion in developing your career in banking industry
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Analytical with good communication & presentation skills
