Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop new prospects on insurance broker business
- Follow up the potential policyholder referred by the group or approved business channels in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct Financial Need Analysis (FNA) to identify the insurance and financial need of potential policyholder
- Handle the potential policyholder on providing insurance advisory, sales and marketing of insurance products, insurance application, follow up all underwriting process and other after sales services, if any.
- Comply with regulatory requirement and group policy of insurance brokerage activities
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above. Degree holder is preferred.
- Passed in IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in selling insurance product for banks and/or insurance brokers in HK
- Good knowledge of General Insurance, Life Insurance products & market trend
- Understand AML, CFT and KYC procedures for insurance brokerage activities
- Self-motivated, sales driven, customer focused and can work under pressure
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
