Job Description

We are a growing restaurant group based in Hong Kong. We are now looking for an energetic and experienced person to join us in this dynamic role. 

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly finance and costing reporting, rolling forecast and budget control
• Oversee the operation of the company’s accounting department, deal with external auditors, lawyers and bankers, IRD
• Provide effective and accurate accounting information and financial reports in a timely basis
• Supervise subordinates to perform assigned duties
• Oversee all Xero accounts
• Coordinate company secretarial matters for the Group
• Implement and maintain inventory systems for venues
• To perform additional duties and other ad hoc assignments as requested
• Setup monthly payment schedules and systems for suppliers
• Handle all supplier accounts directly
• Liaise with HR and venue managers in co-ordinating salary payment
• Manage all MPF Accounts, applications, and payments

Requirements

• Preferably with F & B Group experience
• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or other related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
• Over 8 years of working experience in financial management (with audit and commercial experiences will be a plus)
• Experience in Big 4 or 2nd tier audit firm will be a plus
• Excellent communication, analytical, good team player and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Must be proficient with Xero
