Job Description

Our client is a well-known financial institution, they are currently seeking for a Manager / Deputy Manager (CRM Marketing and Business Development) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CRM system development and operations of a membership programme, including database management, data migration, requirement specifications UAT planning, operational manual and training documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors for enhnancement and technical support of the CRM system.
  • Develop business requirement documents to ensure alignment between users and vendors on the user requirements.
  • Assist in developing the operations process flow and deliver training to users.
  • Maintain membership operations and overall membership service to ensure strictly follow company policy and guideline.
  • Prepare reports to enhance the effectiveness of membership operations and conduct member analystics for marketing activities;
  • Carry out daily operations of the premises and provide administrative/marketing support to membership services;
  • Such other duties and tasks as the company may consider appropriate and assign from time to time.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with degree preferably in business analysis, statistics, information systems or marketing related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in CRM (system related) preferably in banking, financial institutions, hospitality industry or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge on data analysis  is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Mature, self-motivated and eager to learn with positive attitude.
  • Detail-minded and able to work independently; Excellent written and spoken English,  Chinese (including Putonghua); and
  • Hands on experience in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
